Ratu Plaza (passenger elevators)

  • Due to their age, the starting and stopping of these elevators are harsh. On certain floors the cars sometimes do not level with the floor correctly. Some Indonesian elevator filmers often describe these elevators as a death-trap.

Ratu Plaza (service elevators)

This is a set of two Hitachi service elevators from 1982. It serves 7 floors; B1, LG, G, 1 to 4. Unlike the passenger elevators, these elevators stops at all floors. However, one of these elevators has been taken out of service a long time ago for some unknown reason. These elevators are located next to the toilets.

Ratu Plaza Office Tower (low rise passenger elevators)

General information

This is a set of three Hitachi elevators from 1982. It serves the lower floors of the tower, 5 to 18. They do not stops at level 1 and 2 as these floors are shops. Also, these elevators do not stops at B1, LG, 3 and 4 as these floors have been locked out. As these elevators do not stop at B1 and LG, people must use the small elevator behind them or the tower's service elevator.

Transfer to the high rise elevators (18-30) is on level 18.

As these elevators do not stop at B1 and LG, people must use the small elevator behind them or the tower's service elevator.

  • For some unknown reason, the call buttons on level LG have been removed, but they are still functioning if you press the buttons bulb.
  • This is possibly the largest elevator in the whole of Ratu Plaza.

Ratu Plaza Office Tower (smaller elevators)

General information

This is a smaller elevator that serves three floors B1, LG and G. It used to be a Hitachi elevator, probably similar to the service elevator. In 2007, an elevator downfall accident took place here, injuring 4 people. It was caused by broken traction steel ropes. Later, this elevator was replaced by a modern Mitsubishi elevator. This elevator is usually used by office workers or those who wanted to go to Lotte Mart on LG and car park on B1.
